Using remote access avaya CM

Hello guys

As emergency , i have a customer wants go call the external ( national anw international ) using his mobile by reaching the DID number of SIP trunk.

System is Avaya CM R6.2
I thought about remote access , i setup as follow
Remote access extension : 533100
Barrier code length : 4
Authorization code : n
Barrier code
1 : 1234 / cor : 5 / TN: 1 / cos : 1 / expiration : 30-03-2020 / nbr calls : 5000

I setup the incomin call handling for the sip trunk to that extension
When i call that did , i have a tone for 5 seconds and then a kind of busy tone

I didnt know what is wrong with the config ..the cor have access to national and international calls btw

Any one have idea may share it here , thank you
 
we figure out how to solve internal call , when i call the remote access extension it pass , but when i try to reach external number (national or international) it cannot
 
Also check trunk to trunk transfer is allowed in system parm feature.
