Hello. I am new to Legato and need to figure out how to recover files from the command prompt. Running NW6.2 on W2K SP2 - I can use the Networker User GUI to do normal and redirected restores, but want to learn how to use the RECOVER command.
I have downloaded the command reference guide, and i get errors when i try to use it.
For example, in trying to run a simple restore from one of my clients, I open up a command prompt and type in the following:
D:\>recover D:\"filename"
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Press ENTER to begin recovery of the file on drive D:
When I press enter, I get the following message:
Cannot lock the drive. The volume is still in use.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thank you very much.
