The RANDBETWEEN function, which generates integer random numbers within a range, does not work in Excel 2003. As in previous versions, it's part of the Analysis ToolPak add-in, but in 2003, installing the Analysis ToolPak does NOT activate RANDBETWEEN. I assume this is one of those oversights that Microsoft will fix. Does anybody know of this problem?. Sure, I can use a workaround (the RAND function with a multiplier and the INT function and all that), but I want RANDBETWEEN the way I've been using it for the last seven years.
