Using Public folders to store reports.

The idea is that the exchange server will distrbute reports to distribution lists and also deposit the reports into Public
Folders. Is it possible?

Public Folders have email addresses, so you should be able to deliver it to the PF, assuming it's configured for mail and not calendar, task, or note items.

You have to enable the mailing feature for the public folder. It is not on by default, but yes it is possible - and handy
