Two sites connected via SCN, but site 2 has bandwidth issues so the third call is unintelligible. Is there a way of setting the site 1 so that the third and fourth calls go out over the ISDN? What is the best way of minimizing the bandwidth used? Thank you.

Set the amount of scn channels to 2 and use ars.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Hi Nick, Been shopping otherwise I would have replied to your email earlier, as Peter and I said the best way is to limit the calls to 2 on the SCN link and the system will start matching further calls against ARS after that. This means you can never initiate more than 2 calls out that link though but if bandwidth is an issue it deesn't matter :)
