Using incoming line to make external transfer.

Hi,
I have external lines with "Feature link" option turned on. If I press F71 I get second dial tone from the Central Office and can do external transfer using only one line(Link Transfer). You can do the same from CCR tree if you put "#" in front of the external phone number, but looks like "#" generated by BCM is shorter than Link and CO is not giving us second dial tone. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Did you try changing the link time under the system settings?

Thank you! I changed DTMF lenght from 40 to 60 and it works.
