Using Headers on a GroupBy section

Is there anyway to connect a header to the content of a report in such a way that lets say you have a specific header for a specific section of the report and you want it to continously print without any breaks but when the end of one grouping is reached you want the header to print on a second page only if there is no more room for that content on that particular page?

If I understand your question, just put the "specifc header" and "specific section" into a subreport.
