i have a full install of Crystal Seagate 8.5 and created a report using graphs. However, the client users that just use run time Crystal can only see the listed data in the report and not the graph portion in the report footer.

Why is this?

You need to consult the online help file that explains what runtime components are needed. In your case, you are probably missing:
SSCSDK80.DLL
PG32CONV.DLL

Yes, I have the same problem too and we have those .dll files already.

If I created the report with graphs in the full version of Crystal 8.5.0.217 and run this report from a client machine which uses run time crystal, why would these graphs appear?
