Hi everyone,
i am calling the below line before i print the report, by the way, foxypreviewer version is c2.99z30 RC 2013,09,12
vfp(09.00.000.7423 sp2 HF3 PV 9.5.0.0
ok then before i print the report, i tried to setup under the "email" TAB of the REPORT PREVIEW SETUP the emal mode and the rest of the needed
settings, so i have like this:
First settings i used
Email Mode:MAPI
ATTCH
DF
checked: Automatically generate email file
CDO EMAIL SETTINGS
smtp:mail.jd-apex.com (same as i have in outlook 2016
login: my email account, that is in outlook 2016
password: my email account password
smtp port: as it a pop3 account port# is 465 SSL is on or emabled
sender:same email account
when i do it with the settings above i get the following error.
"EITHER THEREIS NOT DEFAULT MAIL CLIENT OR THE CURRENT MAL CLIENT CANNOT FULLFILL THE MESSAGING REQUEST", MS OUUTLOOK 2016 is the default client, anyway after this i press ok and get error "2147467259", so not able to even open the choice to send the email.
2do settings used.
if i replace the EMAIL mode to:CDO-HTML and keep the rest of the other settings as first settings above;
then the "SEND EMAIL" windows opens asking for the "TO", the "Subject" and so on, so if try to send and email by filling the necessary info when i press the "Send button" i get the following error: "error sending email #1429-send -0x00000213 CDO Message.1 the transport failed to connect to the server"
1- can anyone suggest what is wrong or what i am missing or what do i need to be able to send the email
2- Or this won't work under MS OFFICE 2016 or 365 ?
