Foxypreviewer commercial license

Hi Everyone,
I've been checking to contact Foxypreviewer via email or phone BUT cannot find any information.
Is there anyone can enlighten me on how foxypreviewer licensing works when use in a Commercial application.
Can I legally deploy foxypreviewer app with my desktop application using the "Lite" version license?

The 2.99 version of FoxyPreviewer is free to distribute with your applications. The 3.x version is not and must be licensed.

The pricing page gives you an email address. Are you saying you mailed them about redistribution and got no response?
