Using Exmerge to move mailboxes, how do I move public folders? 1

All,

I have a project coming up that involves moving mailboxes and public folders from one exchange 2003 server to another.

Both servers are in different domains.

Domain "A" is being de-commissioned and all the users and email are being merged into Domain "B".

We plan on using the Active Directory Migration Tool v3 and Exmerge to move users and mailboxes. That is sorted out nicely.

Can anyone tell me how to move the public folders to the new Exchange 2003 server?

OK, I found this:
"pfmigrate".

Anybody have any tips for using this (if it is the right way to go)?

Both email servers will be in two separate domains with a trust setup.

Hi ntfsDOTsys,

in the past I have simply exported the public folders to a PST from outlook (using an account with sufficient credentials) and imported them back in to the new exchange environment.

Super easy and straightforward to do.

Cheers.

So easy. Thanks.
