Using Esker Tun to connect with AIX

While not an AIX question per se, I am using this emulator to access my AIX servers via telnet in my LAN. Perhaps some of you are as well and that's why I'm posting this here.

I've installed this emulator (version 11.x) on my Win 7 Enterprise desktop and it runs just fine. But if I make changes to the configuration file, while they take, I cannot save the changes. The application becomes locked up and must be canceled via the tasklist to release it. I've tried just about everything I can to get around this without success. If anyone has experienced this and figured out the cause/remedy, I'd really appreciate your comments on this.

Take a look at putty as an alternative.
