Using directory on 6408D+

Here is the quote from the "6408 - 6416 - 6424 Voice Terminal User’s manual"

"Searching the directory for a name
1. Press the softkey below Dir or the Directory button.
2. Enter the name using dial pad keys.
Press 2 for «ABC», 3 for «DEF», etc.… Use to enter a comma or a space.
For example : Press «7, 2, 6, 8, 8, and 7» to search for «SCOTT R».
3. Press the Next button for the next directory name you wish to see".

The problem is that the "PREV" buttons on all 6408D+ phones do not work with the directory.

Is it normal, or something is wrong with my system - G3si V8.2?

The next button is the only one that will work with the Directory feature.

Usually you load the last name first like Smith,John
Also you must load it with the comma.
Some people say you must load a space between the comma and the first name. I don't think it matters.
