I need to move MAS200 3.71 to a SQL2005 server. My integrator charged a lot of money to tell me it couldn't be done, but actually I think I'm very close.

Everything works fine on the SQL2005 server except I get permission errors when running Crystal reports. The ODBC driver is configured correctly and the logged-on user has rights to the database, as well as Admin rights on the client computer and read/write on the server's MAS200 folders. The interesting thing is if I put the user into the Domain Admins group, everything is OK.

Has anyone experienced this? What permission could I be overlooking?

Thanks for any replies.

You might check if the user is an actual user in SQL. This would be their windows login not MAS 200 login. You probably have to use Windows Authentication.

You do know you're on an unsupported platform correct?
