Hi all,
I currently have a form with 2 subforms. These subforms are opened based on which check box is selected.

What I am looking to do now is add another set of check boxes that will filter these subforms based on which is checked.

Ex. check box group 1 ( Xbox, Gamecube, PS2)
check box group 2 ( Games, Accessories, Misc)

When a check box in group 1 is clicked, the subform pertaining to that console will open.
Check box 2 will allow the user to sort based on what they wish to view.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Sounds like a good candidate for an option group - but maybe that's what you meant by "check box group 1"? Then, similar to what you are already doing with opening the subforms based on the value of a checkbox, you can filter or dynamically set the recordsource of the subforms based on the value of your checkbox.

sounds like a viable option. I guess what I am looking for is some guidance and/or code to do so. I a fairly newbie to Access.
