Using CBC or CCC 1

Hi there,

A custmer wants to see the number of call waiting calls, the called the've missed and the number of free lines on a big tv screen. Well i don't have a problem with the tv screen, but only whit the problem witch can show this information.
I'm using CBC right now. Only with this programm i cannot change the size of the sreens. (becouse i'd like to see the information without graphs, only numbers).

I also don't want to log in as an agent by pressing a password and user name.

Question: Is there a programm witch can show the number of call waiting calls, the called the've missed and the number of free lines, very clear and big; without logging in as an agent? Is this all possible by using CCC.

Using CCC with desktop wallboards will give you the features you want but you still have to log into the client with an agent number.

With CCCv5 you can use the /PLASMA option when launching PC Wallboard to allow you to run in enhanced mode without consuming an agent licence.
