Using CanGrow On A Memo Field...Labels Following Don't Move Down

I have a report with multiple memo controls but between them are sometimes labels. The memo controls grow like they are suppose to and they move the proceding text box controls down but the labels stay in the same spot. So I end up with the labels overlaping information in the memo controls.

The top of your labels need to be below the bottom of your memo Field, otherwise it won't push the labels down.
