Using Busy NA Reason Codes?

IP 500 4.1.9, CCC 5.0.43, w/ VMPro

Customer found a CCC report under Agent Group Reports called "Agent Group Busy Status Report" They want to know how to use the Busy NA Reason codes that the report talks about, as they have a need for it. I've have never heard of setting Busy NA codes on the IP Office and CCC, how is it done? Anyone done this?
 
Can't be done on IPO! That was taken from the INDeX reports - somewhere in the docs it says it's not supported (helpful eh!!)
 
ok thanks, I figured it was something like that...
