Using Aspect to send fax when new email arrives!!!

Hi all,
just joined so go easy on Me
I'd like some help in writing a Script that sends a fax to a certain Phone number as soon as a new email arrives in the Inbox of Outlook. The "Phone number" being contained in the text of the email.
Is this possible? Can someone inspired help Me?

I've done a little work with sending email through Outlook, but never worked with received mails in Outlook. The only thing I can think of is using DDE to communicate between Procomm and Outlook, if Outlook is capable of notifying on a new email.

You might want to do this in vba in Outlook, and have vba use DDE to have Procomm make the call. Might be easier.
