Using anchors and passing parameters at the same time 1

Does anyone know how to pass parameters and use anchors at the same time? I've tried using forms

http://www.mydomain.com?parameter=value#anchor

and

http://www.mydomain.com#anchor?parameter=value

and both are giving me problems....<br>

On top of that, this needs to be within &lt;cfoutput&gt;&lt;/cfoutput&gt; statements, so I need to escape the pound sign.....

You can escape the pound sign by simply placing an additional pound sign. For example the hex color #000000 would need to be ##000000 if it is inside coldfusion cfoutputs.
