Using Additional Function in Crystal Reports over Citrix

The additional functions, such as DateTimeToTime, are not recognized over the Citrix connection, but they are recognized over a PC Anywhere connection. Both version of Seagate CR are the same. Is there a specific file I can look at to see if the additional fuctions somehow didn't get installed, or any other advice would be helpful. But one must keep in mind that re-installation on the Citrix server is not a likely option.

To use additional functions you must copy files from wtsrv\crystal folder to some location that is in path with Terminal Server. In our case we copied those files to wtsrv\system32 folder and my users were able use those additional functions
