i have a problem with some Polycom SIP phones at a remote location and whenever i try to force account code it doesn't work. when i make the call i just hear ringing but the call doesn't actually connect and i dont get the beep to enter the account code. anybody could help me with this one????????!!!!!!!!!!!! help!!!!!!!!

SIP phones dial en-bloc (all numbers in one go), as such can't be prompted after a certain number of digits to enter an account code, so unless you can configure the system to prompt for account codes upon completion of dailling I don't think it will work(even if you do it still may not work), this is one of the reasons NOT to use SIP phones for anything more than basic phone calls :)
