using a Linksys SPA2002 Analog Telephone Adapter with IP Office

I have an IP Office 412 running the latest software from Avaya. I am not certain of how to program an SPA2002 that I have secured to work over ethernet with the system. I'd also like to get it to work over VPN as I have a few offices using the VPN phones to access the central office's phone switch. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?
