I have a system that has a DN of 224 as the Operator and I have a CallPilot answering with the AA. All the extension have appear so they don't answer before the AA. Now the Client want the phone in Parts Dept to ring.
Can I change the Operator to.... say HG 4 or 5 with two or three DN's in it to act as the Operator and beable to have those extensions ring without having the problem of the AA missing the the inbound call and it going to a mailbox
Any suggestion are appreciated

Not sure what you just said sorry.

You can use a Hunt Group as the ATDNT, just have ATDNT in Table and/or F982 set to the HG's DN.
If using CCR path as an option to point to ATDNT then change that path too.

As for going to a mailbox you need to overflow to the DN of Voicemail for the call to drop into the general mailbox.

Call comes in
AA Answers at 2 rings
Caller press's 0 or X
Call rings Hunt Group
Drops into mailbox based on Overflow timer
