Using a check box to populate a text box 1

I need to be able to use a check box on a form to populate 3 text boxes if checked. If not checked then I need to be able to enter other information in the same text boxes. How can I do this?

on the check box click event

if check box is set:
set the text in the text boxes to what you want and change
the enabled state of the same text boxes to false

else if check box is not set to true then make the text boxes enabled then you can enter text into them.
