Hi,
I am attempting to use CDP to allow users in my site with the opt 61c to dial our other office (not an M1) by dialling part of the full number (only the extension). In more detail:
Sydney office has numbers that are in the range of 02 8374 xxxx. I'd like our staff in Melbourne to be able to dial just the last 4 digits of the full number (same as staff within the Sydney office). Then, as the Sydney DID range doesn't conflict with my DID range, I'd like the 61c to ADD the 0,028374 to the start (digit insertion). As all the extensions in Sydney start with a '7' and none of mine start with '7', I assume I just need to do some works in LD 86 and 87.
I've had a poke around and set up the DMI already (told it to insert '0028374'). I just need some help with the RLB in LD 86. I'm particularly stuck on whereabouts I tell the 61c to accept any dialled numbers starting with '7' and to use the DMI to add the starting digits. A very brief step by step guide would be great.
As always, thanks in advance.
