I know this may sound silly, and probably is impossible, but does anyone know of a way that I can include 2 or more tables in a Make-Table query that have the same fields? I, ofcourse, keep getting the "Duplicate field" error but I really want to combine the data from both tables into one. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Make a union query first, then base a make table query on the union query. That should do it for ya if I'm understanding you properly.

Joe,

PERFECT !!! That's exactly what I was looking for. I've never done Union Queries before (not so good at SQL:) but it worked the first time. Thanks again.
