Just took over this new customer who is on release 9.1.5.0 build 145, so as this is a really old software release I was thinking of recreating the sd card and upgrading them to a newer 9.1. load, any suggestions for a good stable software load or any suggestions on this, thanks in advance!

users voicemail messages are cutting out embedded voicemail ip office mode

Are the messages getting cut short or choppy during play? I have seen issues where the embedded vm has a hard time keeping up with the user. I believe in our situation a user ignored a call and sent it to vm. As soon as the mwi went on they tried to retrieve the message and it wasn't finished recording, however they could listen to the partial recording.

If I remember right earlier 9.1 versions had some voicemail issues. I believe it was around 9.1.6 it started getting better. I think you are on the right track upgrading to 9.1.11 and recreating while you are at it.
