Users unable to use outside Auto Attendants

I have a site that accidently unplugged their entire phone system. Once plugging back in, I had to resetup which phones would ring, voicemail boxes, etc. Now they are telling me that whenever they dial an outside number that has an auto attendant, our phones are unable to choose a selection. This sounded like a problem with the outside auto attendant, but I just wanted to check to make sure it wasn't a setting that was overlooked.

Go to Lines/Data and select Tones instead of Pulse

Thank you. where would I find lines/data? I just went through the phone and did not see that option. Phones are my secondary duty, so I am learning as I go.

You need to enter Config programming on a set with a 2-line display.
