User's Permission

Hi, Not sure what I am missing.

I have a user that can access a restricted share folder when she logon to her workstation but cannot access this restricted share folder if she logon to a different workstation. Weird. Now, if I logon to her workstation with a different user, this different user cannot access this restricted folder. What am I missing?

Additional info on this user and/or restricted folder:
no admin rights
folder restricted to everyone but three people
user do not have file persmission to any files

additional info:
on session in computer management: this computer is logon as administrator and not the user's credential.

How can I make that when she logs on that she will have her credentials and not the administrator's?
