User's password expired

Hi all,
I am using Norstar system. I know how to reset user's password but is there anyway to make the user's password not expired.

Is there a way to modify COS options thru set programming on the callpilot?

Can anyone tell me what is COS password? I can access it from the phone but none of those are set.
