User's Outlook continuously synchronizing in afternoon. 2

Hello,

I have a user on Outlook 2003 that's having some sync issues. Every day from about 1pm to 4pm her Outlook synchronizes off and on enough to bog down her computer when it's running. Nothing in her settings have changed and Outlook is running in cached mode.

Does anybody have an idea to what is causing this?

Well a simple one would be to turn off cached mode. a) Its rubbish for LAN users and b) Its rubbish for LAN users
