users not able to change password in OWA

Hi People,

my users were able to change passwords in OWA and from today nobody can change them. How can I resolve this? Please help.

Have any changes been made to their NT domain accounts?

no changed have been made as far as I know. i did not configure this feature on owa so do not know how to do it anyway. do you know how can it be done

First thing to check is if they have permission to change their own password in User Manager. Make sure "User cannot change password" is not ticked.

just checked it. all users have only tick on password never expires.
