Hi All,

How can i stop one domain user to log into multiple workstatios simultaneously.

Thanks
Dinesh

You can set user to only have one concurrent logon (in User manager on the server).

Actually, under NT4, you CANNOT limit user to a number of concurrent logons.
The only thing you can do, is to limit user to be able to login to a certain workstation (computername) or several workstations.

Sorrr, I think I was thinking of Novell Netware 3.

go to usermanager
double click the user name
go to the "logon" tab
put the name of the workstation in the blank and the next time the user logs in he will be limited to the workstation that was specified, If he tries to log in somewhere else he will receive a warning and not be permitted to log on.
