Users Idle Time Problem

I have a WIN 2000 Advance server with SP2, a user who logs on with Remort Services and a good running account in the Users group.

When I move the account to an Organization unit with a Group Policy, the account times out in 7 minutes versus the Domain policy of 80 minutes for the "amount of idle time required before disconnected session".

Does anyone know if this is a SP2 problem versus another GP setting?

Thanks ahead of time for your help.

Also check your OU policy.
OU policy overwrite Domain policy except in security setting where Domain policy override everything.

JohnnyYu, I am 90% sure its in the OU policy but I am not able to find the area where the idle time is set, please let me know. Thanks

I am not too familiar with the remote login.
But I believe it is on Accout Policy folder, account log out policy that set the time.
