Some time ago, some supporters mentioned a problem with users getting disabled for no reason.
In Phone Manager: If you hit the "Delete" key, when youre not on a call, it will disable you in all groups you are member of... Up to v2.0 it isn't mentioned anywhere, in 2.0 it's mentioned as busy wrap-up.
It's therefore very easy for a user to get disabled for no apparent reason. Of course this is a problem in PM Lite where there is no indication of busy wrap-up.
In PM 2.0 it's possible to remove the key-programming, and therefore remove the fault-possibility.
