I am facing an issue where the extensions/users created for IPOCC Agents cannot use the shortcode ((9N) to accees the analog trunks connected to IP 500V2/Analog trunk module to make outgoing calls.

Customer have IPO Server Edition R9.1 + IP 500 v2 + analog trunk expansion module+ DS expansion modules
All current user are digital phone users

Today we added IPOCC, all configuration are done and IPOCC is up and running. IPOCC agents are using Avaya Communicator (Power User license).

The IPOCC dataimport.exe created cfg file for the IPOSE and we imported it to server which added users for the Agents.

But the Users created for the Agents are not able to access the trunks connected on the IP 500 V2/Analog trunk module using the short code.
Agents are created under the server, i tried creating another short code but the outgoing group id of the trunks on the ip 500 v2 and analog trunk expansion module are not listed.

All digital phone users are able to use the shortcode and dial out, only the users created for the Agents are not able to use short code.

And monitor trace says?

Trace says waiting for line.
I found out that when i add a short code on server 9N/Dial/N the outgoing group id of the trunk in IPO 500 v2 and Trunk expansion module is not listed.
How can i access the outgoing group ID of trunks in IP 500 and trunk expansion module.

The shortcode on Server Edition should point to the trunk that goes from SE to IP500, then the IP500 will route the call based on the shortcodes there.

Yes, you are right , what configuration should i do under the IP 500.

In server i have,
Under lines:
Line 1 TO IPO500
------------------------
9N
DIAL
N
86660 (lINE 1 TO IPO500)
-------------------------

Now in IPO 500 what all should i set?

You need to route that out from the IP500, preferably you would send the 9 as well since it's an external call.
That will then hit the 9N shortcode in your IP500.

Line group 86660 is not 'common' in Server Edition... are you sue you don't have another problem as well?
