Hi,

we have about 40 LJ 1300 on two print server. At one of them every user, including me, can only print one copy in WordXP. In other applications it work's with the option "sort", but not in WordXP.

I tried reinstalling the driver; disabling advanced printig features; deleting normal.dot.

Any suggestions?

So you can print to any of the other LJ 1300 from WordXP ?
Sounds like a driver version conflict, administrative problems in the driver or the pagesetup for the current WordXP for that printer. Try and compare the driver version on the server with those of the client. You can find the driver version by clicking the HP logo in the driver. Next do a testpage from a working printer and one from the printer not working and compare the settings there too.

I have the same issue with WordXP (2002).
One printer is an HP 895cxi shared on one workstation using the latest drivers from HP.
The other is a HPG85 on an HP print server shared on Windows 2003.
If i print multiple copies from Internet Explorer, it works just fine.
Has anyone found any fixes for this?

I have fixed this by playing with differant drivers on the hp895cxi. One key thing was to find the driver labled HP895CXI vs HP895C which I was using.
