I've had 2 or 3 calls about users, who get notified that their password will expire in x ammount of days. Do they want to change it.
They click yes, put in the required information, but when they hit okay, another pop-up comes up and tells them "You cannot change your password"....
Any thoughts? I've never seen it before. I checked the policies and everything is in order.
