users can see other users mailboxes

I have set up Exchange Server 2000 and configured users accounts.

The problem I am having is in Outlook 2000 the users can see other users mailbox.

They do this by going to File > Open > Other Users Folder.

How can I stop this from Exchange 2000?

Did you check who you delegated control to in System Manager? Make sure the everyone group is in there. Also you should check in the server properties in system manager and go to security. Make sure the everyone group doesn't have the send as and recieve as checked.
