I got
NPX 3.0.15 on 2008 server standard (32bits)
the system was installed ok, taken the prerrequisites in compliance.

now the weird.
users (both manager and IT) cannot query or playback any recordings, only nice user can do it, and also an IT user that was created on the first days.

what I remember to have done.
destroyed the CTI config from Cisco Skinny and reconfig it with Line Signaling.
I have moved users from groups, and changed privileges, it seems nothing changes.

also logout, relogin the sessions and also restarted the services and the whole server.

any hint will be appreciated.

we suspect that the it user that can see interactions was created before the application of UP 3.0.15
but anyway, that means that we will not be able to config any new system user because he will not have access to the recordings!

check sql jobs and especially sync user privileges and ensure it runs ok. create a new user and give them IT rights see if it works. Check logs NBA and system admin services.

Have you stopped and started services are you NPX certified?

It is my experience that users created in NPX system, can only replay calls made after the user was created.
