UserRight Membership - User Not Appear

Hello.

How can I make a User without extension appear in User Right Membership ?
There is only 1 user without extension that appear in User Right Membership and that is NoUSer
Now, I changes the UserRight in User Form

I have all users appear as long as they have an extension numberin the user profile, not necessarily a physical extension.

If you have a user without a number then you can only use it for dialin really and then it doesn't need buttons or rights.

Well , i'm trying configure auth code. The Auth Code is mapping with User, and User will be mapped with User Right.
So there will be a lot of User to config
