this is basic...but can't figure what I'm doing...

When i press the services button, i get a screen on the 7970 that says UserName, Password and Realm: 192.168.1.202.

What is it looking for since whatever i put in fails.

Fixed. Not sure still what was asking me for authentication, but the problem was with ccmuser privileges

What was the permission issue. I have this problem as well, but haven't had a chance to track it down.

thanx,

Hmmm, it's been so long since i've fixed this....and changed a few permissions...

I'm pretty sure this is how I fixed it...

Ensure permissions are set on CCMCIP directory:
- On windows 2000 go into Computer Management.
- Expand Services and Applications
- Expand Internet Information Services
- Expand Default Web site
- Right click on CCMCIP and choose properties
- On directory security tab, ensure anonymous access is set to CCMUSER and check the box 'Allow IIS to control password'
- On the Virtual Directory tab, make sure Application name is set to CCMCIP

----------

Also ensure this:

On the IIS default web site, right click and go to properties. On directory security tab, enable anonymous access for CCMUSER and click check box Allow IIS to control password.
