User unable to login

Gets the following message: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

No changes have been made on the server/client. This user was able to login till yesterday.

Any suggestions???

Thks JohnTcolo. No changes have been made on the Server or the client's PC. And the user was able to login without any problem till yesterday. Server OS is WTS with MF 1.8. Client OS is NT 4.0 Workstation.

Are you trying to login to an application or desktop? Is this an ICA client or RDP?
