user setup is all funky?

I have about 100 users that are using NT auth to get into CE via ePortfolio (CE 8.5) --

One user has had something weird happen to her setup and I cant figure out WHAT is going on.

It looks like she is no longer listed as being in the domain (which comes over to CE for login).

When she tries to go into ePortfolio it says it cannot access - group, user, or object (denied)

We took her OUT of the domain group, and then put her back in. Did not fix the problem.

Any ideas???

Hi,
After returning her to the Domain, did you refresh the NT Security Tab entry in the CMC?

Try restarting the APS server. If you don't have issues with restarting the physical server where the APS resides I would do that. We occasionally have NT account refresh issues and that is our quick fix.
