User rights

Hello,

The config:
Some users are in a global group GG, the GG is in a local group LG, the LG has modify right to a directory.
My problem:
The users have no modify rights to the same directory.

What could be the problem ?

I am guessing the folder is shared? if so, check the share permissions. that proably denies them modify rights
