User Rights and Voicemail email address removed automatically

I need to assign a specific line to two users in Avaya IPO 500, i change its outgoing and incoming Group number.
now i have two options;

A). Create separate short code to pick line (which is not approved, as we need to secure this line so no one in company can access this line).
B). Create user Rights and assign user in that, and create shortcode there which is same as other company but is having separate lines.

ISSUE:

After few days, there is no one in user rights, and users email addresses are also gone, this issue is happening on different Avaya IPOFFICE in my network, please note I did nothing during this time interval (first change to auto change), and avaya is not restarted.

Actions already taken:

- New configuration.
- New User rights created.
- All error in avaya are removed.

IS THIS IS BUG ?
 
Why user rights?
Create shortcode for those two users instead of a system shortcode.

using same shortcode other user can dial, we don't want this.
 
@CarGoSKi i am not able to find this in audit trail.
can you please tell what i need to look for ? i am bit bad in this :(
 
We don't want this? It's mot like the users will notice any difference

issue is user is customer and this line is separately for him only and he is paying for this line, if he found that same code is dial able from any extension, we will be in trouble.
 
How would he find out? you program that on the user.

i am not able to understand that, can you please elaborate how I can create SHORTCODE for specific user, so other users not able to use that.

and one more thing, many things from user area are also disappearing, i didn't checked shortcode there (let me check that). but time profile, power user settings, password of user, email address for Voicemail is also disappearing from user area, so i really need help in resolving this issue, way around will may help for this one issue but not others.
 
IPO> User> Short Code: make the dial code, save, test, done.

As for the code/email disappearing; there is no magic processor in the IPO.
Could be faulty SD card, someone having access to the system or really bad programming.
