I need to assign a specific line to two users in Avaya IPO 500, i change its outgoing and incoming Group number.
now i have two options;
A). Create separate short code to pick line (which is not approved, as we need to secure this line so no one in company can access this line).
B). Create user Rights and assign user in that, and create shortcode there which is same as other company but is having separate lines.
ISSUE:
After few days, there is no one in user rights, and users email addresses are also gone, this issue is happening on different Avaya IPOFFICE in my network, please note I did nothing during this time interval (first change to auto change), and avaya is not restarted.
Actions already taken:
- New configuration.
- New User rights created.
- All error in avaya are removed.
