User required to re-login after locking their local workstation

This just started to occur and cannot figure out why. Our users using PNagent to run Citrix applications are required to login into their session when they lock their local workstation, which means they need to login twice and they aren't happy about it.

Windows 2003 SP1; Citrix PS 4.0

Any ideas?

Something changed on the Citrix Servers or workstations, i.e. updates or hotfixes?

Nothing has changed on the Citrix Servers. Will need to see if a hotfix was applied to the workstations that is causing this.

This can easilly be done by looking for the NtServicePack event source in the system event log. I'd also check your Citrix Servers and WI Server for any changes, reboots...
