User "admin rights"

Hi,

I would like to give my technicien the right to install applications on all computers in the domain without beeing in the "Domain Admins" group.

How can I do it please... I don't want him to be an ADMIN of the domain !!!

Give him local Admin rights on all the boxes locally. Make him install the software one at a time. But this does leave the question.....why do you have a problem with giveing him rights? You should be able to trust your techie.
